This multi-unit complex was stripped back to foundation and framing and re-built from the ground up.
Using city planners, architects, engineers and a handful of selected contractors, these units were designed to utilise sunshine hours and therefore maximise efficient living, using a combination of quality products and floor to ceiling insulation to provide highly energy efficient homes at an affordable price.
All units were leased prior to the project being completed.
